INGKASAN Roni F. Lumbantobing. 195040100111019. Pengaruh Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Partisipasi Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Community Empowerment di Bank Sampah Malang. Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Fitria Dina Riana, SP., MP. dan Anisa Aprilia, SP., MP., M.BA. Persepsi dapat memengaruhi partisipasi individu maupun kelompok dalam aktivitas pengelolaan sampah. Sampah dapat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti pencemaran air dan tanah, aroma tidak sedap, dan vektor penyakit. Kota Malang menghasilkan hampir 700 ton sampah harian dimana telah dilakukan upaya penanganan dengan pembangunan TPA Supit Urang dan juga Bank Sampah Malang. Bank Sampah Malang telah memiliki jumlah 710 nasabah yang terbagi dalam nasabah perorangan, kelompok, maupun instansi. Peran Bank Sampah Malang dalam mengurangi sampah rumah tangga sampai saat ini belum terukur sehingga diperlukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap Bank Sampah Malang. Persepsi akan memengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan Bank Sampah Malang. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan program dan sistem kelola di Bank Sampah Malang serta menganalisis pengaruh program kerja, sistem kelola, dan pengetahuan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Bank Sampah Malang. Bank Sampah Malang terbentuk dari kerjasama CSR PLN Jawa Timur dan Pemkot Malang. Struktur organisasi dibagi atas divisi rumah tangga dan pemberdayaan, operasional, serta produksi. Mekanisme pengolahan sampah dilakukan dengan pemilahan, penyetoran dan penimbangan, serta pencatatan hasil transaksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 dengan menggunakan 88 responden nasabah BSM. Nasabah didominasi oleh perempuan dengan profesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Responden kebanyakan berasal dari Blimbing, tingkat pendidikan responden setingkat SMA/SMK. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kategori jawaban responden untuk indikator berada pada kategori baik. Analisis statistik menggunakan SEM–PLS melalui software warp–PLS 7.0 menyatakan variabel program memiliki nilai p–value sebesar 0.01, sistem kelola sebesar 0.04, serta variabel diluar BSM yaitu pengetahuan dengan p–value sebesar 0.004. R–squared memiliki nilai sebesar 0.33 dan Q–squared sebesar 0.337. Analisis deskriptif dari masing – masing indikator menunjukkan kategori baik atau sangat baik dengan mean>3.6. Hasil pengujian validitas konvergen seluruh indikator memiliki nilai >0.8, nilai indicator loading lebih besar dari cross loading. Nilai composite reliability dan cronbach’s alpha coefficients memiliki nilai baik. Evaluasi goodness of fit terhadap model terpenuhi, ideal dan diterima. Hasil analisis didapat bahwa variabel program berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kuat. Sistem kelola yang terdiri dari indikator sarana dan prasarana memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengetahuan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kuat dengan nilai p–value paling besar. Dari keadaan di lapang didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan magang umum tidak dilakukan, kurangnya inisiatif melakukan workshop disebabkan oleh kurangnya sumberdaya manusia. Bank Sampah Malang harus melakukan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana, serta tindakan aktif.

Supervised by Dr. Fitria Dina Riana, SP., MP. dan Anisa Aprilia, SP., MP., M.BA. Perception can influence individual and group participation in waste management activities. Waste can cause various problems such as water and soil pollution, unpleasant odors, and disease vectors. Malang city produces almost 700 tons of waste per day, where efforts have been made to handle it by building the Supit Urang Landfill and also the Malang Waste Bank. Malang Waste Bank has 710 customers divided into individual, group, and instituonal customers. The role of Malang Waste Bank in reducing household waste has not been measured yet, so it is necessary to know how the community perceives Malang Waste Bank. Perception will affect community participation in Malang Waste Bank activities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the program and management system at Malang Waste Bank and to analyze the influence of work programs, management systems, and knowledge on community participation in waste management at Malang Waste Bank. Waste Bank Malang was formed from the cooperation of CSR PLN Java East and Pemkot Malang. Organizational structure is divided into household and empowerment, operational, and production divisions. The mechanism of garbage processing is carried out by sorting, depositing and balancing, as well as recording the results of transactions. The survey was conducted in June 2023 using 88 BSM respondents. Women are dominated by women with professions as housewives. The majority of respondents came from Blimbing, the level of high school/SMK respondent education. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the respondent’s response category for the indicator is in the good category. Statistical analysis using SEM-PLS through software warp- PLS 7.0 stated that a program variable has a p-value value of 0.01, a management system of 0.04, and a non-BSM variable is knowledge with a p -value of 0.004. R-squared has a value of 0.33 and Q-squared is 0.337. Descriptive analysis of each indicator indicates a good or excellent category with a mean>3.6. The result of the convergence validity test of the entire indicator has a value >0.8, the load indicator value is greater than cross loading. Composite reliability values and cronbach's alpha coefficients have good values. Evaluation of goodness of fit against model fulfilled, ideal and accepted The results of the analysis showed that the program variables had a positive and significant influence. A management system consisting of indicators of means and pricing provides a positive and significant impact. Knowledge gives a strong positive and significant influence with the greatest p-value value. From the circumstances in the field, it was found that the implementation of public internship activities was not carried out, the lack of initiative to conduct the workshop was due to a lack of human resources. Unfortunate waste banks must perform repairs of means and facilities, as well as active actions.
