Abstract

Dalam era disrupsi saat ini, terutama adanya pandemi Covid-19 sejak tahun 2020, telah merubah kinerja serta. pola. pikir sebagian. pelaku UKM. Mereka yang memiliki literasi teknologi informasi dan kapabilitas digital; serta yang mampu mentransformasikan bisnisnya secara digital ternyata mampu bertahan, bahkan beberapa UKM mampu berkembang secara signifikan karena bisa memanfaatkan teknologi yang menggunakan Inzernet of Thing (IoT). Percepatan transformasi bisnis digital di Indonesia dipercepat sejak adanya pandemi Covid- 19, karena! ketika pandemi Covid:19 terjadi “di*Indonesia;" transformasi digital: justru berkembang dan telah mendisrupsi sektor bisnis maupun ekonomi, bahkan bisa berlanjut di saat pasca atau setelah adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian -ini bertujuan untuk, menjelaskan ;dan, menganalisis. pengaruh IT. Literacy (Literasi IT) dan-Digital” Capability: (Kapabilitas Digital) tethadap ‘Business' Performance (Kinerja Bisnis) dengan mediasi 'Digital Business Transformation” (Transformasi Bisnis Digital). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Malang Raya, dengan sampel penelitian adalah 330 pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dengan jens sampel Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik giiota sampling: Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan secara pengaruh langsung, variabel bebas Literasi IT memberikan nilai positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel antara Transformasi Bisnis Digital, sedangkan’ 'variabel “bebas Kapabilitas Digital “memberikan ‘nilai ‘positif-dan “signifikan terhadap variabel antara Transformasi Bisnis Digital: Semua variabel bebas (Literasi IT, Kapabilitas Digital) dan-variabel antara-(Transformasi, Bisnis Digital)-memberikan nilai positif, dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat- Kinerja Bisnis; -Adapun juntuk hasil efek mediasi atau pengaruh tidak langsung, kedua variabel memiliki hasil yang berbeda. Variabel Literasi IT terhadap Kinerja Bisnis melalui mediasi Transformasi Bisnis Digital memberikan nilai yang positif namun, pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Sedangkan variabel Kapabilitas Digital terhadap Kinerja Bisnis melalui mediasi-Transformasi Bisnis,Digital memiliki nilai yang positif'dan pengaruh ‘yang signifikan:

n the current era of distuption, especially the Covid-19 pandemic since 2020, it has changed the performance -and mindset-of some SMEs:, Those iwho/-have, information technology literacy and digital capabilities; and those who are able to transform their business digitally are able to survive, and some SMEs are even able to develop significantly because they can take adyantage of technology that uses the Internet of Thing (IoT). The acceleration of digital business transformation in Indonesia-has;been-accelerated since the,Covid-19 pandernic, ' because ! ‘when ' 'the ' \Covid-19 “ pandemic — ocourred ' “in ‘Indonesia; - digital transformation has actually developed and has disrupted the business and economic sectors, and even continue post-Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study isto.explain-and analyze the effect of IT Literacy and Digital Capability on ‘Business Performance by mediating Digital Business Transformation. The research method used is quantitative. This research was conducted in Malang Raya with a sample of 330 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with the Nonprobability Sampling sample type using the quota sampling technique: Data were analyzed using PLS:(Partial Least Square). The results of the study showthat in a direct effect, the independent variable IT Literacy gives. a; positive. and. significant valueto - the intermediate variable- Digital Business Transformation, while the -independent variable Digital' Capability: gives a positive and significant 'value 'to “the' intermediate variable ' Digital ‘Business Transformation. All independent variables (IT Literacy, Digital Capability) and intermediate variables (Digital Business Transformation) give a, positive: and significant value to the dependent variable Business Performance: As for the results’of mediating effects: or indirect effects, the two variables -have different results. IT Literacy on Business Performance through the mediation of Digital Business Transformation provides a positive value but an insignificant effect. Meanwhile, the Digital Capability on Business Performance through the mediation of Digital Business Transformationhas\a positive value and significant influence:
