Abstract

PT. Interlink Nusa Niaga merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik dan penyedia layanan lainnya. Metode pemilihan dan kriteria yang digunakan oleh pihak perusahaan masih terbilang sangat sederhana dan subjektif. Peneliti menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS, sehingga dapat diketahui kriteria serta bobot tiap kriteria yang cocok bagi perusahaan dan dapat diberikan alternatif solusi ideal positif dan negatif. Kriteria dengan nilai tinggi yaitu kriteria harga yaitu memiliki nilai 0,412. Urutan kepentingan 5 kriteria lainnya adalah pengiriman dengan bobot kriteria 0,229, fleksibilitas memiliki nilai 0,127, kualitas memiliki nilai 0,127, garansi dan pelayanan pengaduan memiliki nilai 0,06, serta perbaikan layanan memiliki nilai 0,045. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS didapatkan hasil perhitungan akhir supplier 1 yaitu 0,37481, supplier 2 yaitu 0,77417, dan supplier 3 yaitu 0,39889. Selanjutnya, supplier dengan nilai bobot paling tinggi yaitu supplier 2 dan dipilih alternatif supplier 2 dengan nilai sebesar 0,77417. Perbaikan didapatkan yaitu berupa pemilihan supplier dan digunakan sebagai penerapan dalam menindaklanjuti kenaikan kinerja supplier dan akan memiliki dampak dalam mengembangkan dan konsisten pada kinerja PT Interlink Nusa Niaga.

English Abstract

PT. Interlink Nusa Niaga is a company engaged in logistics and other service providers. The selection method and criteria used by the company are still fairly simple and subjective. Researchers used the AHP and TOPSIS methods, so that the criteria and weight of each criterion that were suitable for the company could be identified and alternative positive and negative ideal solutions could be provided. The criterion with a high score, namely the price criterion, has a value of 0.412. The order of importance of the other 5 criteria is delivery with a criterion weight of 0.229, flexibility has a value of 0.127, quality has a value of 0.127, warranty and complaint service has a value of 0.06, and service repair has a value of 0.045. The results of calculations using the TOPSIS method show that the final calculation results for supplier 1 are 0.37481, supplier 2 is 0.77417, and supplier 3 is 0.39889. Furthermore, the supplier with the highest weighted value is supplier 2 and alternative supplier 2 is selected with a value of 0.77417. Improvements were obtained in the form of selecting suppliers and used as an application in following up on increases in supplier performance and will have an impact on developing and being consistent with the performance of PT Interlink Nusa Niaga.
