Abstract

Integrasi transportasi umum melalui Jaklingko merupakan upaya terbaru Pemprov DKI Jakarta untuk membuat masyarakat lebih banyak menggunakan transportasi umum dibandingkan kendaraan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas layanan yang diberikan Jaklingko memadai untuk menjadikan angkutan umum sebagai metode perjalanan sehari-hari warganya. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teknik analisis data Miles & Hubberman dengan menggunakan data wawancara, catatan resmi pemerintah, dan observasi yang dilakukan peneliti untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kualitas pelayanan publik di sektor transportasi. Wawancara dan survei tatap muka dilakukan untuk memperoleh pandangan dan kepuasan warga di beberapa sekolah, kantor, dan tempat umum di wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua pertanyaan utama (Bagaimana integrasi bekerja, faktor pendukung dan penghambat), dan tiga item sub-pertanyaan (efisiensi harga, kepuasan waktu, dan kenyamanan) dimasukkan dalam skala melalui analisis kualitatif. Ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar responden merasa puas dengan pengalaman mereka menggunakan transportasi umum

English Abstract

Integrating public transportation by Jaklingko is the most recent effort of the Jakarta government to make citizens use more public transport rather than their private vehicles. This study aims to find whether the service quality provided by Jaklingko is sufficient to make public transportation their citizen's daily commute method. This study is based on the Miles & Hubberman data analysis technique using data from interviews, official government records, and observations by researchers to get an idea of public service quality in the transportation sector. Face-to-face interviews and surveys are conducted to obtain citizens' views and satisfaction in several schools, offices, and public places in the Jakarta region. This study consists of two main questions (How the integration works, supporting and inhibiting factors), and three sub-question items (price efficiency, time satisfaction, and comfort) are included in the scale through qualitative analysis. It was found that most of the respondents were satisfied with their experiences using public transportation
