Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat profesionalisme kerja satgas covid 19 di dinas kesehatan kota mojokerto. Pada tahun 2020 indonesia dilanda pandemi covid 19 sehingga memaksa pemerintah untuk membentuk satuan gugus untuk menanggulangi pandemi covid 19 di setiap daerah, dalam kinerjanya satgas covid 19 sudah berjalan dengan baik namun ada beberapa isu terkait profesionalisme kerja yaitu peta sebaran covid 19 kota mojokerto yang kurang begitu detail dan aktual sehingga menyebabkan informasi yang mebingungkan bagi warga kota mojokerto dan dalam pelaksanaan penanggulangan covid 19 kemarin sempat terjadi kelangkaan tabung oksigen dan penuhnya rumah sakit sehingga menyebabkan banyaknya pasien covid 19 yang terlantar namun pada tahun 2023 kasus covid 19 telah berhasil menurun. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang menggunakan cara pengumpulan data seperti wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, profesionalisme kerja satgas covid cukup baik dilihat dari hasil sebaran covid di kota mojokerto sudah menurun, namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu di perbaiki terutama pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang kurang maksimal dalam mempublikasikan informasi ke masyarakat untuk vi lebih detail dan tersampaikan dengan tepat, walaupun informasi tentang covid 19 sudah tersebarkan dengan tepat dan relevan namun masih ada beberapa informasi yang kurang detail sehingga membuat misinformasi antara masyarakat dengan satgas covid 19 kota mojokerto.
English Abstract
This study aims to measure the level of professionalism of the Covid-19 task force at the Mojokerto City Health Office. In 2020, Indonesia was hit by the Covid- 19 pandemic, forcing the government to form a cluster unit to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic in each region, in terms of performance the Covid-19 task force was running well, but there were several issues related to work professionalism, namely the map of the distribution of Covid-19 in the city of Mojokerto which was not so detailed and actual, causing confusing information for residents of the city of Mojokerto and during the implementation of the handling of Covid-19 yesterday there was a scarcity of oxygen cylinders and full hospitals, causing many Covid-19 patients to be stranded but today in 2023 the case of covid 19 has managed to decrease. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method that uses data collection methods such as interviews and observation. Based on the results of the research, the professionalism of the work of the Covid task force is quite good, seen from the results of the distribution of Covid in the city of Mojokerto which has decreased, but there are a number of things that need to be improved, especially the use of information technology that is not optimal in publishing viii information to the public for more detail and to be conveyed correctly, even though information about covid 19 has been disseminated correctly and is relevant, but there is still some information that is lacking in detail, causing misinformation between the community and the Covid 19 task force in Mojokerto City.
