Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi level energi dan protein dalam pakan lengkap berbasis silase tebon jagung terhadap retensi N, penampilan produksi dan kualitas susu pada kambing perah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Malang bulan September sampai November 2021. Materi penelitian adalah Kambing PE9 ekor dengan bobot badan rata-rata 45,80±5,93 kg, edua–kelimaMetode penelitian adalah percobaan secara in vivo menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 kelompok . Perlakuan pakan berupa pakan lengkap dengan perbandingan silase tebon jagung 50% : konsentrat 50%. Perlakuan terdiri dari R1 Energi metabolis (EM) 9,53 MJ/kg BK : Protein 9,88%, R2 EM 10,27 MJ/kg BK : Protein 12,74%, R3 EM 9,61 Mj/kg BK : Protein 13,08%. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kovarian (Ankov)pabila maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji . Variabel yg diamat: konsumsi nutrien pakan, retensi N, produksi susu, kualitas susu, konversi pakan dan Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC). Perlakuan konsumsi protein kasar (K)konsumsi bahan kering (K)bahan organik (K)serat kasar (K), bahan ekstrak tanpa nitrogen (KBETN),energi metabolis (KEM), ,Disimpulkan bahwa pakan dengan EM 9,61 MJ/kg BK:13,08%retensi N (8,36±3,70 ), (088±324,15) dan ( 1433±3.930,06) yang cenderungter,Total Solid ()(398±0,2%)Solid Non Fat ()(11±0,28%),(7±0,11%)(586±0,14%)(,65±0,15) yang cenderung tinggi dan konversi pakan 55±0,56 yang cenderung terendah

English Abstract

The purpose of the research was to evaluate energy and protein levels in complete feed based on maize stover silage on performance, N retention and milk quality in dairy goats. The research was carried out in Wonosari District, Malang Regency from September to November 2021. The research material was 9 Etawah crosbred goats with an average body weight of 45.80 ± 5.93 kg, 2nd-5th lactated.The research method was in vivo experiment using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 treatments and 3 groups based on milk production: 193-231, 264-334 and 363-507 ml/h/d. Feed treatment of complete feed ratio in the form of 50% maize stover silage: 50% concentrate. The treatment of R1: 9.53 MJ/kg DM metabolizable energy (ME) : 9.88% protein, R2: 10.27 MJ/kg DM ME: 12.74% protein, R3: 9.61 MJ/kg DM ME:13.08% protein. The data was analyzed using Ancova, if there are differences, then proceed with the Bonferroni Test. Variables observed: feed intake, N retention, milk production, milk quality, feed conversion and IOFC. The treatment had significant effect on crude protein intake (CPI), but no significant effect on dry matter intake (DMI), organic matter intake (OMI), crude fiber intake (CFI), nitrogen free extract intake (NFEI), metabolizable energy intake (MEI), feed conversion, N retention, milk production, milk quality and IOFC. It was concluded that complete feed level of 9.61 MJ/kg DM ME: 13.08% protein gave the best results in terms of N retention (8.36±3.70 g/h/d), milk production (408.87±324.15 ml/h/d) and IOFC (IDR 3,184.33±3,930.06) tends to be the highest, TS content amount of (13.98±0.2%), SNF (8.11±0.28%), protein (2.67±0.11%), fat (5.86±0.14%) and lactose (4.65±0.15%) tend to be the high and feed conversion (2.55±0.56) tends to be the lowest.
