Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Design Layout terhadap Minat Beli (X1), Website Atmosphere Terhadap Minat Beli (X2), Design Layout dan Website Atmosphere Terhadap Minat Beli (X3). Variabel Design Layout menggunakan indikator context, content, community, customization, communication, connection, dan commerce. Variabel Website Atmosphere menggunakan indikator Grid Layout, Free Form, Layout, Race Track Layout, Background Color, Color Scheme, Fonts, Animation Technique, Image, Vividness, Interactivity, Comments From Other Visitor, dan Crowding. Variabel Minat Beli menggunakan indikator Minat Transaksional, Minat Referensial, Minat Ekploratif, Faktor Kualitas Produk, Faktor Brand, Faktor Harga, Faktor Ketersediaan Barang, Faktor Promosi, Aspek Ketertarikan, Aspek Keinginan, dan Aspek Keyakinan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 116 orang yang merupakan konsumen dari itemku.com yang melakukan pembelian di website itemku.com. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Design Layout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (X1). Website Atmosphere secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (X2). Design Layout dan Website Atmosphere secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli (X3). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan variabel Design Layout dan Website Atmosphere mampu menjelaskan minat beli sebesar 58,1%.

English Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Design Layout on Purchase Intention (X1), Website Atmosphere on Purchase Intention (X2), Design Layout and Website Atmosphere on Purchase Intention (X3). The Design Layout variable uses the indicators of context, content, community, customization, communication, connection, and commerce. The Website Atmosphere variable uses the indicators of Grid Layout, Free Form, Layout, Race Track Layout, Background Color, Color Scheme, Fonts, Animation Technique, Image, Vividness, Interactivity, Comments From Other Visitors, and Crowding. Purchase Intention variable uses the indicators of Transactional Interest, Referral Interest, Exploratory Interest, Product Quality Factor, Brand Factor, Price Factor, Availability of Goods Factor, Promotion Factor, Attraction Aspect, Desire Aspect, and Belief Aspect. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample was obtained through a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study was 116 people who were consumers of itemku.com who made purchases on the itemku.com website. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing application. The results of the research show that Design Layout has a significant effect on Purchase Intention (X1) partially. Website Atmosphere has a significant effect on Purchase Intention (X2) partially. Design Layout and Website Atmosphere have a simultaneous significant effect on Purchase Intention (X3). The coefficient of determination (R2) value shows that the Design Layout and Website Atmosphere variables are able to explain purchase intention by 58.1%.
