Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis business model pada marketplace e-commerce Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Lazada yang dapat mempengaruhi siklus pendapatan calon pengguna marketplace dengan menggunakan business model canvas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Hasil analisis penelitian pada Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Lazada menunjukkan bahwa setiap perusahaan memiliki business model yang berbeda- beda sehingga juga menawarkan nilai yang hanya dapat di tawarkan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Perbedaan yang mempengaruhi secara langsung kepada pendapatan calon pengguna marketplace terletak pada selisih margin penjualan, iklan berbayar, dan logistik
English Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the business model of Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada e-commerce marketplaces that can affect the income cycle of prospective marketplace users using the business model canvas. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is documentation. The results of research analysis on Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada show that each company has a different business model so that it also offers value that only these companies can offer. The differences that affect directly torwards the income prospective marketplace users are from sales margin difference, paid advertising, and logistics.
