Abstract
Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan salah satu unit di rumah sakit yang tersibuk dan tingkat stres tinggi sehingga perawat kemungkinan mengalami kelelahan lebih sering dari pada perawat yang bekerja di unit lain. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan merupakan pekerja dengan jumlah terbanyak di IGD dan memegang peranan penting dalam pelayanan rumah sakit sehingga menimbulkan kondisi burn out. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat Burn out dengan perilaku caring perawat IGD RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini adalah studi analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 68 perawat IGD. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan uji spearman. Berdasarkan Penelitian Hubungan Tingkat Burn out dengan perilaku Caring Perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD Dr Saiful Anwar Malang dengan uji spearman diperoleh signifikansi P = 0.248 dan korelasi 1,000 hal dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara burn out dengan Caring Perawat. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka diperlukan pelatihan terhadap perawat untuk mengurangi resiko burn out.
English Abstract
The Emergency Department (IGD) is one of the busiest units in the hospital and the stress level is high which causes nurses to likely experience fatigue more often than nurses working in other units. Nurses as health workers are the workers with the highest number in the emergency room and play an important role in hospital services, causing Burn out conditions. This study aims to determine the relationship between Burn out levels and caring behavior of emergency room nurses at Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital. The research on the Relationship of Burn out Levels with Caring behavior of nurses is an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional approach involving 68 nurses. The data collection of this study used a questionnaire, the data analysis used the spearman test. Based on the Research on the Relationship between Burn out Levels and Caring behavior of Emergency Installation Nurses (IGD) Dr Saiful Anwar Malang Hospital with spearman test, the significance P = 0.248 and correlation 1.000, that it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between Burn out and caring nurses. Based on this research, it is necessary to train nurses to reduce the risk of burn out.
