Abstract

Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan dokumen vital yang menunjukkan tanggung jawab dan tanggung gugat seorang perawat. Akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan indikator kualitas asuhan keperawatan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi akurasi dan kualitas dokumentasi keperawatan, diantaranya yaitu penerapan model praktik keperawatan professional (MPKP) yang tidak tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model praktik keperawatan professional (MPKP) perawat primer terhadap akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan di Ruang Tondano RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Rancangan penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan pendekatan control vs intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 rekam medis dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrument D-catch untuk menilai akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan. Uji komparasi dua variabel menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dengan p-value 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan sebelum penerapan MPKP perawat primer menunjukkan kategori cukup dengan nilai rata-rata 72,95. Sedangkan untuk akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan setelah penerapan MPKP perawat primer menunjukkan kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 83,84. Perbedaan akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan sebelum dan setelah penerapan MPKP perawat primer di Ruang Tondano RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan (p-value = 0,000 dengan α < 0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh MPKP perawat primer terhadap akurasi dokumentasi keperawatan. Dengan demikian, model praktik keperawatan professional (MPKP) perawat primer dapat dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan demi terwujudnya pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan yang akurat.

English Abstract

Nursing documentation is a vital document that shows the responsibilities and responsibilities of a nurse. Nursing documentation serves as a record of evidence and validation for nurses who have worked on the nursing process. The accuracy of nursing documentation is an indicator of the quality of nursing care. Many factors affect the accuracy and quality of nursing documentation, including the inappropriate application of the professional nursing practice model (MPKP). This study aims to analyze the influence of the professional nursing practice model (MPKP) of primary nurses on the accuracy of nursing documentation in the Tondano Room of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The research design was quasi-experimental with a control vs intervention approach in the treatment group with a total sample of 79 medical records using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was the D-catch instrument to assess the accuracy of nursing documentation. The two-variable comparison test uses the Mann-Whitney test with a p-value of 0.05. The results showed that the accuracy of nursing documentation prior to the application of MPKP for primary nurses was in the sufficient category with an average value of 72.95. As for the accuracy of nursing documentation after the application of MPKP for primary nurses, it is in a good category with an average value of 83.84. Differences in the accuracy of nursing documentation before and after the implementation of MPKP for primary nurses in the Tondano Room at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang showed that there was a significant difference (p-value = 0.000 with α < 0.05). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of primary nurse MPKP on the accuracy of nursing documentation. Thus, the professional nursing practice model (MPKP) for primary nurses can be considered for use in order to realize the implementation of accurate nursing documentation.
