Abstract
Strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia bagi perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan, karena dapat mempertahankan perusahaan serta membentuk citra perusahaan di era persaingan sekaligus kolaborasi seperti dewasa ini. Melalui strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia, perusahaan dapat membentuk karyawannya agar tetap produktivitas sehingga dapat tetap mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaannya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menggali bagaimana strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia di masa pandemi covid 19 khususnya pada perusahaan PT. Malang Posco Media. PT. Malang Posco Media merupakan perusahaan media cetak yang berada di kota Malang. Pada pandemi Covid -19 PT. Malang Posco Media tetap bertahan dengan berbagai strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, penulis memilih PT. Malang Posco sebagai lokasi penelitian dengan judul “Strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19”.

With the human management strategy the company can shape its employees in order to keep productivity In this study, the researcher uses a human resource management strategy during the covid 19 pandemic, where the author wants to see how the human management strategy at the PT. Malang Posco Media company. PT. Malang Posco Media is a print media company based in the city of Malang. PT. Malang Posco Media is a print media company located in the city of Malang. During the Covid-19 pandemic, PT. Malang Posco Media persists with various human resource management strategies that are carried out. Therefore, the authors chose PT. Malang Posco as the research location with the title "Human Resource Management Strategy During the Covid-19 Pandemic".
