Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja,dan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah (explanatory research) dengan mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Vetsand Indonesia, yaitu sebanyak 40 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F.Hasil analisis deskripsi tentang gaya kepemimpinan masuk dalam kategori baik, lingkungan kerja masuk dalam kategori baik dan kinerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Vetsand Indonesia.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze leadership style, work environment, and employee performance, the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance, and the influence of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research used is (explanatory research) using a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Vetsand Indonesia, namely as many as 40 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and F test. The results of the analysis of the description of leadership style are in the good category, the work environment is in the good category and employee performance is in the high category. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and leadership style and work environment simultaneously affect the performance employee of PT Vetsand Indonesia.
