Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatorydengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi Beban Kerja (X) dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah staff dan trainee Housekeeping DepartmentTHE 1O1 Hotel Malang OJ pada bulan Maret - Juli 2022 yang berjumlah 30 responden.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner onlinedan data diolah oleh peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana.Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pihak hotel dalam menentukan beban kerja karyawan sehingga setiap tugas yang diberikan kepada tenaga kerja dapat dikerjakan dengan maksimal dan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact between workload and employee performance. The type of research used is Explanatorywith a quantitative approach. The variables of this research include Workload (X) and Employee Performance (Y). The population in this study were staff and trainees of the Housekeeping Department THE 1O1 Hotel Malang OJ in March - July 2022 which opened 30 respondents. The data collection method used an online questionnaire and the data was processed using simple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it shows that workload has a significant impact on employee performance. The research results obtained are expected to be a consideration for the hotel in determining employee workload so that each task given to the workforce can be done optimally and will improve employee performance.
