Abstract
Perawat di rumah sakit sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas memberikan asuhan keperawatan perlu memahami dan menyadari akan pentingnya pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, dan menggunakan proses keperawatan sebagai metode penyelesaian masalah pasien secara profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara mutu dokumentasi (proses keperawatan yang sistematis, valid, dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan) sebagai variabel dependen, dengan variabel independen meliputi: usia, masa kerja, pengetahuan, sikap, jenis kelamin dan motivasi, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset kuantitatif desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan ”cross sectional”, di mana data variabel dependen dan variabel independen akan dikumpulkan pada saat bersamaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel independen usia, pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi terhadap mutu dokumentasi, tidak ada hubungan antara variabel indenpenden jenis kelamin dan masa kerja terhadap mutu dokumentasi. Dari penjelasan diatas diketahui bawah usia, pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi merupakan faktor utama untuk meningkatkan mutu dokumentasi keperawatan. Kualitas dari Mutu dokumentasi perawat yang ideal bisa didapatkan dengan melakukan monitoring secara rutin, membuat standart dokumentasi yang baku serta meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat dengan rutin melakukan pelatihan mengenai mutu dokumentasi keperawatan
English Abstract
Nurses in hospitals as one of the health workers in charge of providing nursing care need to understand and be aware of the importance of documenting nursing care, and using the nursing process as a method of solving patient problems professionally. This study aims to identify the relationship between the quality of documentation (systematic, valid, and accountable nursing process) as the dependent variable, with independent variables including: age, years of service, knowledge, attitudes, gender and motivation, This study uses a quantitative research method with descriptive correlation design with a "cross sectional" approach, where data on the dependent variable and the independent variable will be collected at the same time. The result of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables of age, knowledge, attitude and motivation on the quality of documentation, there is no relationship between the independent variables of gender and years of service on the quality of documentation. From the explanation above, it is known that age, knowledge, attitude and motivation are the main factors to improve the quality of nursing documentation. Quality of the ideal quality of nurse documentation can be obtained by conducting regular monitoring, making standard documentation standards and increasing nurses' knowledge by routinely conducting training on the quality of nursing documentation.
