Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan bioherbal sebagai imbuhan pakan terhadap penampilan produksi. penelitian ini menggunakan 200 ekor ayam petelur umur 84-91 minggu. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, dengan jumlah ayam 10 ekor per perlakuan. Perlakuan penelitian ini adalahh P0 (air minum tanpa penambahan), P1 (air minum + bioherbal jenis 1M), P2 (air minum + bioherbal jenis 2H), P3 (air minum + kombinasi bioherbal jenis 1M dan 2H) dengan 5 ulangan. Variable yang diamati adalah penampilan produksi yang meliputi konsumsi pakan, Hen Day Production (HDP), konversi pakan, egg mass, Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC), mortalitas. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis ragam (ANNOVA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bioherbal sebagai imbuhan pakan pakan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap penampilan produksi, pemberian bioherbal jenis 2H sebagai feed additive dalam pakan menunjukkan penampilan produksi terbaik meskipun berdasarkan analisa statistika pemberian secara keseluruhan tidak mempengaruhi nilai konsumsi pakan, Hen Day Production (HDP), konversi pakan, egg mass, Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC), mortalitas.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of bioherbal as a feed additive on production performance. This study used 200 laying hens aged 84-91 weeks. The research method was a field study using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications, with 10 chickens per treatment. The treatments in this study were P0 (drinking water), P1 (drinking water + 1M bioherbal), P2 (drinking water + 2H bioherbal), P3 (drinking water + 1M and 2H bioherbal combination) and 5 replications. The variables observed were production performance which included feed consumption, hen day production (HDP), feed conversion, egg mass, income over feed cost (IOFC), mortality. Data analysis used Analysis of Variance (ANNOVA) and Duncan's Multiple Range Test (UJBD). The results showed that the use of bioherbal as a feed additive did not have a significant effect on production performance, the administration of 2H type bioherbal as a feed additive in feed showed the best production performance although based on statistical analysis the administration as a whole did not affect the value of feed consumption, Hen Day Production (HDP), feed conversion, egg mass, Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC), mortality of laying hens.
