Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Baim Farm. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Maret 2022 sampai dengan 20 April 2022. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Baim Farm Desa Jetak Kecamatan Montong Kabupaten Tuban. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja dan metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Baim Farm yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di usaha peternakan ayam pullet dan petelur sebanyak 35 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Baim Farm. (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan CV Baim Farm. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. (5) Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. (7) Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (8) Kompensasi kerja melalui motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (9) Gaya kepemimpinan melalui motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (10) Budaya organisasi melalui motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, organizational culture through work motivation on the performance of CV Baim Farm employees. This research was conducted from 20 March 2022 to 20 April 2022. Location this research was conducted at CV Baim Farm, Jetak Village, Montong District, Tuban Regency. The location selection was done deliberately and the method used in this research activity was a quantitative method. The sample in this study were all employees of CV Baim Farm who were actively involved in daily activities in the pullet and laying hens farming business as many as 35 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The research results show that (1) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at CV Baim Farm. (2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee motivation at CV Baim Farm. (3) Leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance. (4) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee motivation. (5) Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. (6) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee work motivation. (7) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. (8) Work compensation through work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. (9) Leadership style through work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. (10) Organizational culture through work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance.
