Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi Myristic Acid (MA) dan tanin terkondensasi dari leguminosa (tepung daun Kaliandra) pada pakan lengkap berbasis jerami jagung terhadap karakteristik fermentasi rumen. Menguji kecernaan bahan kering, bahan organik, protein kasar secara in vitro, RDP (Rumen Degradable Protein), UDP (Undegradable Dietary Protein), VFA parsial, NH3, dan ESPM (Efisiensi Sintesis Protein Mikroba) terhadap pakan lengkap pada penelitian ini. Perlakuan: P1=Pakan Lengkap(40%jerami jagung+60%konsentrat),P2=Pakan lengkap(40%jerami jagung+60%konsentrat+0%tepung kaliandra+MA(30gram/KgBK),P3= Pakan lengkap (40%jerami jagung+35%konsentrat+25%tepung kaliandra+MA(30gram/KgBK), P4=Pakan lengkap (40%jerami jagung+30%konsentrat+30%tepung kaliandra+MA(30gram/KgBK), P5=Pakan lengkap (40%jerami jagung+25%konsentrat+35%tepung kaliandra+ MA(30gram/KgBK). Pakan lengkap disusun iso protein sesuai kebutuhan ternak ruminansia,proteinnya 13-15%(40% komposisi jerami jagung dan 60%konsentrat). Parameter: nutrisi (BK,BO,PK,SK,LK, Abu, ADF, NDF,kecernaan BK,BO,PK secara in vitro, RDP, UDP, VFA Parsial, NH3, ESPM). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Apabila data hasil menunjukkan perbedaan sangat nyata, dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan. Kesimpulan: adanya suplementasi MA dan tepung Kaliandra pada pakan lengkap ini memberikan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap KcBK (65,80%), KcBO (67,20%), KcPK (80,60%) terdapat pada P5. Perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) juga terjadi pada RDP, nilai tertinggi pada P1 (63,48%) dan UDP nilai tertinggi P5 (39,36%). Tidak adanya perbedaan nyata pada konsentrasi NH3, ESPM dan VFA parsial.
English Abstract
This research purposed evaluate the effect of Myristic Acid (MA) supplementation and condensed tannins from legumes (Kaliandra leaf flour) on corn straw-based complete feed on rumen fermentation characteristics.Testing the digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein in vitro, RDP (Rumen Degradable Protein), UDP (Undegradable Dietary Protein), Partial VFA,NH3, and ESPM (Microbial Protein Synthesis Efficiency) against complete feed in this study.Treatment: P1 = Complete Feed (40%corn straw+60%concentrate), P2=Complete feed (40%corn straw+ 60%concentrate+ 0%kaliandra+ MA(30gram/KgDM),P3= Complete feed (40%corn straw+ 35%concentrate+ 25%kaliandra+ MA(30gram/KgDM),P4= Complete feed (40%corn straw+ 30%concentrate+ 30%kaliandra+ MA(30gram/KgDM),P5= Complete feed (40%corn straw+ 25%concentrate+ 35%kaliandra+ MA flour(30gram/KgDM). Complete feed was arranged iso protein according to requirement of ruminants, protein 13-15% (40%of corn straw and 60%of concentrates).Parameters: nutrient (DM,OM,CP,CF,EE, Ash, ADF, NDF,digestibility of DM,OM,CP in vitro, RDP, UDP, Partial VFA, NH3, ESPM).Analyzed data using the Randomized Block Design (RBD) method, consisting 5 treatments and 3 tests. If results provide a very significant difference, continue with Duncan Test. Conclusion: the presence of MA and Kaliandra flour supplementation in this complete feed provide a very significant difference (P<0.01)to DMD(65.80%),OMD(67.20%), CPD(80.60%) found in P5. A very significant difference(P<0.01) also occurred in RDP,with the highest value at P1(63.48%) and UDP with the highest value at P5(39.36%). There was no significant differences in the concentrations of NH3, ESPM and Partial VFA.
