Abstract
Pasar tradisional merupakan fasilitas publik yang telah dijadikan sandaran dan pilihan utama sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup. Adanya kasus-kasus penularan penyakit yang terjadi di pasar tradisional mendorong upaya mewujudkan pasar sehat untuk mengurangi risiko penularan dan penyebaran penyakit di pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian kriteria utama pasar sehat yang tecantum dalam Permenkes No. 17 Tahun 2020 dalam aspek kondisi fisik dan ruang pasar pada Pasar Lawang bagian selatan melalui penelitian dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Unit amatan yang diteliti dikelompokkan dalam tiga aspek, yaitu aspek bangunan pasar, sanitasi, serta sarana dan prasarana. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, rata-rata hasil persentase dari semua aspek yang diteliti adalah sebesar 38.58% dan disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fisik dan ruang Pasar Lawang bagian selatan masih kurang sesuai dengan kriteria utama pasar sehat yang telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah.
English Abstract
Traditional market is a public facility that has been used as the main support and choice for the majority of Indonesian people in fulfilling their daily needs. The existence of cases of disease transmission that occurred in traditional markets encourages efforts to create healthy markets to reduce the risk of transmission and spread of disease in traditional markets. This study aims to determine the level of conformity of the main criteria for a healthy market as stated in the Permenkes No. 17 Tahun 2020 in terms of physical conditions and market space in the southern part of Pasar Lawang through research using a descriptive-qualitative method. The units that are observed are grouped into three aspects, namely aspects of the market building, sanitation, and infrastucture facilities. After doing the research, the results showed that overall, the average percentage of all aspects studied was 38.58% and it was concluded that the physical and spatial conditions of the southern part of Pasar Lawang are still not fully following the main criteria for a healthy market that have been issued by the government.
