Abstract

RSPP Extention Modular Simprug adalah salah satu infrastruktur kesehatan darurat covid-19 di Indonesia yang dibangun dengan sistem konstruksi modular bertipe volumetric yang diproduksi oleh PT. Wika Gedung. Sistem konstruksi modular ini memiliki berbagai kelebihan sebagai contohnya durasi pekerjaan yang lebih singkat, biaya yang relative lebih murah dibandingkan konstruksi konvensional dengan penghematan mencapai 40%. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami secara mendetail tentang modular volumetric yang digunakan agar bisa dilakukan perbandingan terhadap kedua sistem konstruksi ini dari segi durasi pekerjaan dan pembiayaan yang diperlukan antar konstruksi modular dengan konstruksi konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan konstruksi modular objek studi serta komparatif untuk perbandingan kedua sistem konstruksi. Pengambilan data diambil melalui observasi, studi literature, wawancara, dan dokumen khusus terkait objek studi RSPP Extention Modular Simprug. Perlunya pemahaman terkait sistem struktur yang digunakan oleh objek studi mengenai material, komponen, tahapan pemasangan, dan aspek lainnya secara mendalam sebelum membahas tentang komparasi pembiayaan dari sistem konstruksi modular dengan sistem konstruksi konvensional. Perbandingan pembiayaan dan durasi pekerjaan terhadap kedua sistem konstruksi ditinjau antara objek studi RSPP Extention Modular Simprug dengan sistem konstruksi modular volumetric dengan objek studi simulasi yang menggunakan sistem konstruksi konvensional, yang ditinjau melalui dokumen-dokumen yang didapati dari pihak terkait mengenai gambar kerja seperti denah, potongan dan lainnya, serta dokumen terkait pembiayaan seperti bill of quantity (BoQ). Hasil dan manfaat yang diharapkan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah pemahaman yang lebih mendetail terkait sistem konstruksi modular, yang dapat menjadi jawaban pada situasi genting seperti pandemi COVID-19, bencana alam, ataupun situasi genting lainnya yang membutuhkan infrastruktur dalam waktu yang cepat dan kualitas yang baik. Dan juga memahami sistem konstruksi modular dari segi pembiayaan dan waktu pekerjaan agar dapat mengembangkan pemahaman dari segi efisiensi pembiayaan dan timeschedule sistem konstuksi modular dikemudian hari.

English Abstract

RSPP Extension Modular Simprug is one of the Covid-19 emergency health infrastructure in Indonesia which was built with a volumetric type modular construction system produced by PT. Wika Building. This modular construction system has various advantages, for example shorter duration of work, relatively cheaper costs compared to conventional construction with savings of up to 40%. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand in detail about the volumetric modular used so that a comparison can be made between these two construction systems in terms of the duration of work and the financing required between modular construction and conventional construction. This study uses a descriptive method to explain the modular construction of the object of study as well as a comparative method to compare the two construction systems. Data collection was taken through observation, literature study, interviews, and special documents related to the study object of the RSPP Extension Modular Simprug. The need for an in-depth understanding of the structural system used by the object of study regarding materials, components, installation stages, and other aspects before discussing the cost comparison of a modular construction system with a conventional construction system. Comparison of the cost and duration of work on the two construction systems is reviewed between the study object of the RSPP Extension Modular Simprug with the volumetric modular construction system and the object of the simulation study using the conventional construction system, which is reviewed through documents obtained from related parties regarding working drawings such as floor plans, sections. and others, as well as documents related to financing such as bill of quantity (BoQ). The expected results and benefits from writing this thesis are a more detailed understanding of the modular construction system, which can be an answer in critical situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic, natural disasters, or other critical situations that require infrastructure in a fast time and of good quality. . And also understand the modular construction system in terms of financing and work time in order to develop an understanding in terms of financing efficiency and the time schedule of the modular construction system in the future.
