Abstract

Purse lSeine lmerupakan lsuatu lalat ltangkap lyang ldigolongkan ldalam lkelompok ljaring llingkar, lkarena lpengoperasian lkerja lpurse lseine ldengan lcara lmelingkari lgerombolan likan. lPPS lBelawan lmemiliki lpotensi lperikanan lyang lsangat lberlimpah, lalat ltangkap lpurse lseine lsangat lmendominasi ldi lPPS lBelawan, lDengan lmengetahui lkomposisi lhasil ltangkapan lmaka ldapat ldiketahui lspesies lapa lsaja ldan lberat l(kg) ldari lspesies lyang ltertangkap ldari lkegiatan lpenangkapan ldengan lalat ltangkap ltertentu, lsehingga ldibutuhkan lpenelitian llebih llanjut lmengenai lspesies lpenyusun lkomposisi lhasil ltangkapan lpurse lseine luntuk lmengetahui lkondisi lperikanan ldi lPPS lBelawan, lSumatera lUtara. lPenelitian lini ldilakukan lpada lbulan lSeptember l- lOktober l2021. lTujuan lpenelitian lini ladalah luntuk lmengetahui lkomposisi, lkeanekaragaman ldan lkeseragaman lhasil ltangkapan lpurse lseine ldi lPPS lBelawan, lSumatera lUtara. Metode lyang ldigunakan ldalam lpenelitian lini ladalah lmetode ldeskriptif kuantitatif ldidapat ldari lhasil lobservasi, lwawancara ldan ldokumentasi. lData lkomposisi lsebanyak l24 lpengulangan lyang lmeliputi ldata lberat l(kg) ldan ljumlah lindividu l(ekor) lspesies likan. lMengidentifikasi lspesies likan lyang ltertangkap loleh lpurse lseine. lMetode lanalisis lpada lpenelitian lini lmenggunakan lsoftware lMicrosoft lexcel luntuk lmengelola ldata lhasil ltangkapan lmeliputi lkomposisi, lindeks lkeanekaragaman ldan lindeks lkeseragaman. lSelanjutnya lanalisis luji lone lway lANOVA ldan luji llanjut lBNT l(Beda lNyata lJujur) luntuk lmengetahui ladanya lperbedaan lvariasi lberat lhasil ltangkapan ldan lserta lmengetahui lhubungan lkekerabatan lspesies lhasil ltangkapan Hasil ltangkapan lalat ltangkap lpurse lseine lberjumlah l6 lspesies likan lyaitu lKembung l(Rastrelliger lkanagurta), lLayang l(Decapterus lmacarellus), lSelar lKuning l(Selaroides lleptolepis), lTembang l(Sardinella lfimbriata), lTenggiri l(Scomberomorus lguttatus), ldan lTongkol lKomo l(Euthynnus laffinis) l. lKomposisi l(kg) ltertinggi lpada lhasil ltangkapan lalat ltangkap lpurse lseine ldi lPPS lBelawan lyaitu likan llayang lsebesar l62.60% ldengan lberat l349.115 lkg. lPersentase ltertinggi lkedua lyaitu likan lkembung lsebesar l19.88% ldengan lberat l110.870 lkg. lPersentase ltertinggi lketiga likan lselar lkuning lsebesar l8.32% ldengan lberat l46.391 lkg. lPersentase ltertinggi lkeempat lyaitu likan ltembang ldan likan ltongkol lkomo lsebesar l3.67%. lNilai lpersentase lterkecil lyaitu likan ltenggiri lsebesar l1.63% ldengan lberat l9116 lkg. lSedangkan lvariasi lberat lmenunjukkan lperbedaan lnyata lyang lsignifikan lpada likan llayang.Tingkat lkeanekaragaman ljenis lsebesar l0.8 lyang lartinya ltermasuk kategori ltingkat lkeanekaragaman lrendah. lSedangkan lnilai ltingkat keseragaman ljenis lsebesar l0,4 lyang lartinya ltermasuk lkategori ltingkat keseragaman lsedang.Analisis lhubungan lkekerabatan lspesies ldidapatkan l3 lcluster lyaitu lcluster l1 lterdapat l3 lspesies lcluster l2 lterdapat l2 lspesies ldan lcluster l3 lterdapat l1 lspesies.

English Abstract

Purse seine is a fishing gear that is classified in the circle net group, because the operation of the purse seine works by circling a school of fish. Belawan PPS has abundant fishery potential, purse seine dominates Belawan PPS. By knowing the composition of the catch, it can be known which species and the weight (kg) of the species caught from fishing activities with certain fishing gear, so research is needed more about the species composing the composition of purse seine to determine the condition of fisheries in Belawan PPS, North Sumatra.catches purse seine in Belawan PPS, North Sumatra. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. Composition data consisted of 24 repetitions which included data on weight (kg) and number of individuals (tails) of fish species. Identify fish species caught by purse seines. The analytical method in this study uses Microsoft Excel software to manage catch data including composition, diversity index and uniformity index. Furthermore, the analysis of the one way ANOVA test and further test of BNT (Honest Significant Difference) to determine the difference in the weight variation of the catch. The catches of purse seine are 6 species of fish, namely bloated (Rastrelliger kanagurta), Layang (Decapterus macarellus), Yellow Selar (Selaroides leptolepis), Tembang (Sardinella fimbriata), Mackerel (Scomberomorus guttatus), and Tongkol Komo (Euthynnus affinis) .fishing purse seine in Belawan PPS is scad fish at 62.60% with a weight of 349,115 kg. The second highest percentage was mackerel at 19.88% with a weight of 110,870 kg. The third highest percentage of yellow lard was 8.32% with a weight of 46,391 kg. The fourth highest percentage is mackerel and komo tuna at 3.67%. The smallest percentage value is mackerel at 1.63% with a weight of 9116 kg. While the variation in weight showed a significant significant difference in scad fish. The level of species diversity was 0.8, which means that it was included in the category of moderate level of low. While the value of the level the uniformity of species is 0.4, which means that it is included in the category of moderate level of medium. Analysis of species kinship relationships obtained 3 clusters, namely cluster 1, there are 3 species, cluster 2, there are 2 species, and cluster 3, there is 1 species.
