Abstract
Globalisasi ekonomi di Indonesia bergerak cepat bagi manajemen Industri Kecil Menengah. Sistem informasi pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) bisa meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan usaha melalui Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). IKM yang belum menerapkan ERP salah satunya adalah Mendekorumah. Mendekorumah merupakan IKM yang bergerak dibidang furniture dan design interior. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menerapkan dokumen blueprint sistem ERP dan menganalisis kesenjangan proses bisnis yang dilakukan di IKM Mendekorumah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang didasarkan pada pemikiran postpositivisme. Berdasarkan dari hasil membuat blueprint sistem ERP, IKM Mendekorumah diharuskan membuat dokumen project, sedangkan IKM Mendekorumah belum membuat dokumen project (charter, planning dan flowchart). Adanya dokumen project ini bisa menjadi tinjuan untuk dimplementasikannya ERP pada IKM Mendekorumah. Secara garis besar terdapat kesenjangan proses bisnis yang berjalan dengan blueprint yaitu dalam pencatatan otomatis di setiap kegiatan proses, yang mengakibatkan akan lebih efektif dan efisen jika menerapkan blueprint sistem ERP. Dari analisis menyarankan agar pemilik IKM Mendekorumah harus lebih lengkap dalam memberikan informasi, Segera memperbarui proses binis dengan mengimplementasi sistem ERP, Menambahkan divisi baru untuk mengoperasian sistem ERP pada setiap bagian.
English Abstract
In the last decade, remarkable development in small and medium enterprise in the world due to fantastic change in Internet, communication, and technology. In this era, information system has important role for SME in conducting effective and efficient operational activities leading to build competitive advantage. An information system can help small medium enterprises in improving the effectiveness of the activities of companies is the enterprise resource planning. Mendekorumah is a small medium enterprise, engaged in furniture and interior design and production by make to order. The purpose of research is apply the blueprint ERP system and analyzing the gap of business process was mendekorumah. The methodology used is the method descriptive qualitative research method is based on thinking of postpositivisme. Based on the results of the erp system mendekorumah have not made the project document (charter, planning and flowchart). The existence of this project document can be a review for the ERP implementation at Mendekorumah. As a broad outline there are the gap of business process who walks with blueprint that is in recording automatic at each activity the process. From analysis suggested the mendekorumah must be more complete in providing information on , to renew the binis with implementing the erp system and adding new division
