Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitias produk, dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli beli konsumen perumahan Syariah tanpa bank pada studi kasus perumahan D’park City di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dengan teknik purposive random sampling yang terdiri dari 60 responden, dimana sampel yang diambi adalah konsumen yang telah dibangun rumahnya oleh pihak pengembang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen sebesar 0,2%. Kemudian variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minta beli konsumen sebesar1,3%. Terakhir, variabel religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen sebesar 5,3%. Ditemukan juga pada hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0% secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen yakni minat beli konsumen perumahan syariah

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and religiosity have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in non-bank Syariah housing in the case study of D'park City housing in Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative research that uses multiple linear regression analysis. The source of the data used comes from primary data with purposive random sampling technique consisting of 60 respondents, where the samples taken are consumers whose houses have been built by the developer. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the price variable had a significant effect on consumer buying interest by 0.2%. Then the product quality variable has a significant effect on consumer buying demand by 1.3%. Finally, the religiosity variable has a significant effect on consumer buying interest by 5.3%. It was also found that the simultaneous test results showed that the variables of price, product quality, and religiosity had a significant effect of 0% together on the dependent variable, namely consumer buying interest in sharia housing
