Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun konsep teologi al-Ma'un berbasis CSR yang dilakukan di tiga lokasi dengan karakter yang berbeda. Ketiga situs ini merupakan bagian dari organisasi Muhammadiyah dalam bentuk amal usaha Muhammadiyah. Ketiganya mewakili tipe organisasi yang berbasis sosial, berorientasi pada keuntungan dan gabungan di antara keduanya. Berdasarkan paradigma religius-spiritualis, peneliti akan menggunakan metodologi ulil albab yaitu dzikir, do’a, tafakur dan tahanuts (ZDTT). Metodologi ulil albab merupakan metodologi kuno yang telah digunakan sejak zaman Nabi. Menggunakan metodologi ini merupakan upaya Peneliti untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan, yaitu dengan menjalin hubungan yang intens dengan metode ZDTT untuk mendapatkan hidayah dari Tuhan secara langsung. Software yang digunakan adalah jantung, yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mereduksi, mengolah dan menganalisa data. Penelitian ini merumuskan konsep Corporate Spiritual Responsibility (CSpR) yang merupakan tanggung jawab perusahaan untuk menghidupi dan menghidupi dirinya sendiri, umat manusia pada umumnya dan seluruh alam semesta, yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan bisnis yang menjalankan kasih sayang sebagai bentuk kesepakatan untuk mentaati hukum-hukum yang berlaku. Tuhan.

English Abstract

The research aims to build a CSR-based al-Ma'un theological concept conducted on three sites with different characters. These three sites are part of the Muhammadiyah organization in the form of Muhammadiyah business charity. All three represent organizational types that are social base, profit oriented and combined between the two. Based on the religious-spiritualist paradigm, the researcher will use ulil albab methodology of dhikr, du’a, tafakur and tahanuts (ZDTT). The ulil albab methodology is an ancient methodology that has been used since the Prophet times. Using this methodology was the Researcher effort to draw herself closer to God, which is by establishing an intense relationship with the ZDTT method to get the guidance from God directly. The Software used is the heart, which serves as a tool to reduce, process and analyze datas. This research formulates the concept of Corporate Spiritual Responsibility (CSpR), which is the company's responsibility to live and support itself, humanity at large and the whole universe, applied in business activities that carry out mercy as a form of agreement to obey the laws of God.
