Abstract
Pengembangan aktivitas perekonomian di Desa Purwakerti yang didukung dengan penetapan Kawasan Tulamben-Amed sebagai kawasan strategis pariwisata nasional (KSPN) dapat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, sosial budaya, daya dukung lingkungan, dan lainnya. Hal ini dapat juga mempengaruhi aset penghidupan masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah tersebut karena adanya berbagai kebijakan baru yang diterapkan. Kebijakan tersebut berupa pembangunan amenitas atau sarana prasarana, adanya program pelatihan untuk masyarakat sebagai pelaku industri pariwisata, meningkatnya kinerja organisasi, dan lain-lain. Adanya kebijakan ini mempengaruhi aspek alam, fisik, manusia, sosial, dan ekonomi sehingga diperlukan kajian terkait perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memberi skor pada masing-masing aset penghidupan sebelum penetapan KSPN (tahun 2011) dan saat ini (tahun 2021). Skor tersebut akan menjadi dasar untuk mengetahui perubahan aset penghidupan, tingkat keberlanjutan penghidupan, dan strategi penghidupan. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa pengembangan aktivitas ekonomi memiliki pengaruh terhadap penghidupan masyarakat Desa Purwakerti. Secara umum perubahan tersebut bersifat positif namun terdapat beberapa indikator yang memiliki nilai rendah sehingga dapat mengancam keberlanjutan aset penghidupan.
English Abstract
The development of economic activity in Purwakerti Village which is supported by the determination of the Tulamben-Amed area as a National Tourism Strategic Area can affect economic growth, socio-culture, environmental carrying capacity, and others. This can also affect the livelihood assets of the people living in the area due to new policies being implemented. The policy is include building amenity or infrastructure, training programs for the community as tourism industry , increasing organizational performance, and others. The existence of this policy affects the natural, physical, human, social, and economic aspects so that a study related to these changes is needed. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by scoring each livelihood asset before the determination of the national tourism strategic area (in 2011) and now (in 2021). The score will be the basis for knowing livelihood changes, level of livelihood sustainability, and livelihood strategies. From the results of the analysis obtained that the development of economic activity has an influence on the livelihoods of the people of Purwakerti Village. In general, these changes have positive values, but there are some indicators that have a low-level condition which can threaten livelihood assets sustainability
