Abstract
BOSEH bike-sharing adalah sistem bike-sharing dikembangkan di Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi masalah kemacetan dan polusi. Permasalahan yang dialami BOSEH antara lain mayoritas permintaan pengguna pada hari kerja, rendahnya jumlah pengguna pada hari kerja, dan jalur sepeda yang tidak terawat. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi karakteristik permintaan pengguna bike-sharing serta mengumpulkan penilaian kinerja dan kepentingan dari 199 sampel pengguna terhadap atribut dari sistem bike- sharing yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Indikasi dari penilaian pengguna terhadap sistem bike-sharing, aspek sistem yang menjadi permasalahan adalah atribut kedekatan antara shelter terhadap titik aktivitas, cakupan area layanan sistem Boseh, ketersediaan jalur sepeda, integrasi jalur sepeda, kelengkapan penanda pada jalur sepeda, keamanan jalur sepeda.
English Abstract
BOSEH bike-sharing is a bike-sharing system developed in the city of Bandung which is one solution to reduce congestion and pollution problems. The problems experienced by BOSEH include the majority of users being single-use users, the low number of users on weekdays, and bicycle lanes that are not maintained. The evaluation was carried out by identifying the demand characteristics of bike-sharing users and collecting performance and importance ratings from 199 samples of users on the attributes of the bike-sharing system which were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. Indications of the user's bicycle on the bike-sharing system, the system aspects that become problems are the attributes of proximity to the activity point, the coverage area of the Boseh system service, the availability of bicycle lanes, bicycle lane integration, completeness of markers on bicycle lanes, lane security.
