Abstract
Pada skripsi ini, mengangkat topik Analisis Yuridis Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja Di Masa Pandemi Corona. Pilihan tema tersebut dilatar belakangi karena adanya permasalahan pandemi corona dijadikan alasan force majeure dalam melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengangkat rumusan masalah: (1) Apakah Pandemik Corona dapat dijadikan sebagai alasan force majeure dalam melakukan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja oleh perusahaan? (2) Bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja/buruh yang di PHK dengan alasan Force Mejeure?
English Abstract
In this thesis, the topic is Juridical Analysis of Termination of Employment During the Corona Pandemic. The reason for choosing the theme was because the problem of the corona pandemic was used as an excuse for force majeure in terminating employment. Based on this, this study raises the formulation of the problem: (1) Can the Corona Pandemic be used as areason force majeure in carrying out Termination of Employment by the company? (2) What is the legal protection for workers/labourers who are laid off on the grounds of Force Mejeure?
