Abstract
Fenomena Underpricing adalah suatu kejadian selisih positif antara harga saham di pasar sekunder dengan harga saham di pasar perdana atau saat IPO. IPO (initial public offering) atau lebih sering didengar sebagai go public merupakan istilah hukum yang ditujukan bagi kegiatan suatu emiten untuk menawarkan dan menjual efek-efek yang diterbitkannya kepada masyarakat secara luas, dengan tujuan untuk pendanaan perusahaan yang berasal dari luar di pasar perdana. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi underpricing pada perusahaan yang IPO. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kinerja keuangan perusahaan terhadap fenomena underpricing saham perusahaan yang IPO dan tercatat pada papan pencatatan utama tahun 2017-2021.
English Abstract
Underpricing phenomenon is a positive difference between the stock price in the secondary market and the stock price in the primary market or during the IPO. IPO (initial public offering) or more often heard as going public is a legal term intended for the activities of an issuer to offer and sell the securities it has issued to the public at large, with the aim of funding companies originating from outside in the primary market. There are several factors that affect the underpricing of companies that IPO. This study aims to determine the effect of the company's financial performance on the phenomenon of underpricing of shares of companies that have IPOs and are listed on the main listing board in 2017-2021.
