English Abstract
This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture, work satisfaction on organizational commitment, intention to leave. This study also was conducted to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture, work satisfaction on intention to leave mediate from organizational commitment. The variable used in this study, namely organizational culture, work satisfaction as the exogenous variable, intention to leave as endogenous variable, and organizational commitment as intervening variable.
