Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh diving service quality dan perceived risk terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan wisata bahari di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi yang besar, salah satunya scuba diving. Dimana pelaku wisata yang menawarkan jasa scuba diving Green Nirvana Maratua Resort. Untuk meningkatkan keuntungan, upaya mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang berupa revisit intention menjadi sangat penting, salah oleh karena itu penelitian ini mencoba menguji pengaruh diving service quality dan perceived risk terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 sampel berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, variabel diving service quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Kedua, variabel perceived risk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Ketiga, secara simultan variabel diving service quality dan perceived risk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of diving service quality and perceived risk on revisit intention. This research is motivated by the development of marine tourism in Indonesia which has great potential, one of which is scuba diving. Where tourism actors who offer scuba diving services are Green Nirvana Maratua Resort. To increase profits, efforts to maintain long-term relationships in the form of revisit intentions are very important, so this study tries to examine the effect of diving service quality and perceived risk on revisit intentions. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 samples based on specified criteria. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that; First, the diving service quality variable has a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Second, the perceived risk variable has a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Third, the diving service quality and perceived risk variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on revisit intention.
