Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Pelaporan Tanggung Jawab (CSR), Leverage Perusahaan, dan Usia Perusahaan dalam hal keuangan kinerja perbankan di indonesia pada bank-bank yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2019. Itu pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik non-probabilitas, dan purposive pengambilan sampel, memperoleh. 60 Bank di Indonesia pada bank yang terdaftar di BEI selama penelitian periode. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik perhitungan analisis isi untuk pengolahan datanya dan pengujian efek dengan uji regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Pelaporan CSR dan Corporate Leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan Umur Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to discover the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting, Corporate Leverage, and Company age on financial performance of banking in indonesia on banks listed on idx in 2018-2019. The sampling was conducted through the non-probability technique, and purposive sampling, acquiring. 60 Banks in Indonesia on banks listed on idx during research periods. This research used content analysis calculation techniques for data processing and effect testing with multiple regression tests. The results show that CSR Reporting and Corporate Leverage have negative influence the financial performance, while Company Age have no significant influence the financial performance .
