Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari adanya sektor pariwisata yang meliputi jumlah hotel dan restoran, objek daya tarik wisata, dan jumlah agen perjalanan wisata terhadap kondisi pengangguran di Provinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah hotel dan restoran berpengaruh negatif signifikan mengurangi pengangguran, sedangkan daya tarik wisata dan jumlah agen perjalanan wisata berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengangguran.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the tourism sector which includes the number of hotels and restaurants, tourist attractions, and the number of travel agents on unemployment in Bali Province. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with a panel data approach. The results of this study indicate that the number of hotels and restaurants has a significant negative effect on reducing unemployment, while tourist attractions and the number of travel agents have a significant positive effect in increasing unemployment.
