Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Insumo Sumberarto Kota Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 56 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Insumo Sumberarto Kediri City. This type of research is explanatory research. This study used a saturated sample of 56 employees using the census method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the partial results of hypothesis testing indicate that training has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
