Abstract
Kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar di DKI Jakarta ditetapkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor HK.01/07/MENKES/239/2020 tentang Penetapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar di Wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) dan sesuai dengan anjuran Presiden Republik Indonesia dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Bersakala Besar dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk membatasi kegiatan tertentu dan pergerakan orang dan atau barang dalam menekan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), meningkatkan antisipasi perkembangan ekskalasi penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), memperkuat upaya penanganan kesehatan akibat Corona Virus Disease (COVID- 19) dan menangani dampak sosial dan ekonomi dari penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dalam penanganan COVID-19 pada Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan melalui buku – buku, jurnal, peraturan perundang – undangan dan internet serta studi dokumentasi melalui gambar atau foto yang berkaitan dengan implementasi kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dalam penanganan COVID-19 pada Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis tematik menurut Braun & Clarke (2006).
English Abstract
The Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy in DKI Jakarta Province is stipulated based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01 / 07 / MENKES / 239/2020 concerning Stipulation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in DKI Jakarta Province in the Context of Accelerating the Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and in accordance with the recommendation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). This policy aims to limit certain activities and movement of people and/or goods in suppressing the spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), increasing anticipation for the escalation of the spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), reinforce health care due to Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) and dealing with the social and economic impacts of the spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The main objective of this research is to explain the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy in handling COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta Province. The data used is a secondary data obtained from literature studies through books, journals, laws and regulations and the internet as well as documentation studies through pictures or photos relating to the implementation of large-scale social restrictions in DKI Jakarta Province. The data analysis technique uses the thematic analysis method in accordance to Braun & Clarke’s (2006) theory.
