Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Flooring terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (2) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Color terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (3) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Lighting terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (4) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Scent and Sound terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (5) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Fixtures terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (6) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Wall Texture terhadap Minat Beli Ulang (7) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Temperature terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi Flooring, Color, Lighting, Scent and Sound, Fixtures, Wall texture, Temperature dan Minat Beli Ulang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dengan usia minimal 18 tahun yang berdomisili Kota Malang dan sedang melakukan pembelian di Café Orangiro Coffe Malang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS 22 for Windows.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) identify and explain the influence of Flooring on Repurchase Intention (2) identify and explain the influence of Color on Repurchase Intention (3) identify and explain the influence of Lighting on Repurchase Intention (4) identify and explain the influence of Scent and Sound on Repurchase Intention (5) identify and explain the influence of Fixtures on Repurchase Intention (6) identify and explain the influence of Wall Texture on Repurchase Intention (7) identify and explain the influence of Temperature on Repurchase Intention. The type of research used in this research was explanatory with quantitative approach. The research variables were Flooring, Color, Lighting, Scent and Sound, Fixtures, Wall Texture, Temperature and Repurchase Intention. The population in this research were customers with minimum age of 18 years who resided in Malang City and making a purchase at a café “Orangiro Coffe” Malang. The sample used in this research was 116 respondents taken by using non-probability sampling and data collection methods using a questionnaire. Data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The data in this study was processed using SPSS 22 for Windows.
