Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami perilaku dalam adopsi platform e-wallet OVO. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatory (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude toward UsingPlatform E-Wallet OVO , dan Actual Usage of Platform E-Wallet OVO. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis) Kriteria populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku industri ekonomi kreatif yaitu gerai yang menggunakan platform e-wallet OVO minimal 1 bulan, Pelaku industri ekonomi kreatif yaitu gerai dengan subsektor fashion dan kuliner di Mall Olympic Garden dan Malang Town Square, Pelaku industri ekonomi kreatif atau gerai yang memiliki lebih dari 1 unit stand terhitung atas nama satu gerai, gerai merupakan usaha yang beroperasional minimal satu bulan, responden merupakan pemilik gerai atau karyawan yang memiliki job description dalam melakukan pembayaran, dan responden merupakan pegawai yang bekerja minimal 1 bulan atau pemilik gerai yang membuka usaha minimal 1 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner secara langsung (offline) kepada 86 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria populasi.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine and understand behavior in the adoption platform e-wallet OVO. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables used in this study are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude toward Using Platform OVO, and Actual Usage of Platform E-Wallet OVO. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and path analysis. Population criteria in this study are the creative economy industry players, namely outlets using OVO payment systems for at least 1 month, Creative economy industry players, namely outlets with fashion and culinary sub-sectors in the Olympic Garden Mall and Malang Town Square, Creative economy industry players or outlets that have more from 1 unit stand counted in the name of one outlet, the outlet is a business that operates for at least one month, the respondent is the owner of the outlet or employee who has a job description in making payments, and the respondent is an employee who works at least 1 month or the owner of the outlet who opens a business of at least 1 month. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample and the method of collecting data through a questionnaire directly (offline) to 86 respondents by population criteria.
