Abstract
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) terhadap kinerja karyawan Amstirdam Coffee & Roastery Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan 42 responden. Responden yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Amstirdam Coffee & Roastery Malang. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji instrumen, asumsi klasik dan hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa Seiri, Seiton, dan Shitsuke berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Metode 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) on employee performance in Amstirdam Coffee & Roastery Malang. The research type was explanatory research which explain about causal relation between variables from the research hypothesis. This study uses 42 respondents. Respondents selected in this study were all employees of Amstirdam Coffee & Roastery Malang. This research instrument uses a Likert Scale. Data analytic technique conducted for this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Statistic tests conducted for this research are the test of instrument, classical assumption, and hypothesis with t test and F test. The results of this research showed that Seiri, Seiton, and Shitsuke have partially significant effect towards employee performance. The results of this research also showed that 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) have simultaneously significant effect towards employee performance
