Abstract
Program layanan command center 112 adalah satu sistem layanan pengaduan masyarakat secara online dan terpadu. Program layanan ini memberikan kesempatan bagi warga Kota Surabaya melakukan pengaduan kedarurat atau bencana yang terjadi di Kota Surabaya dengan menghubungi nomor darurat 112 melalui telepon. Layanan ini dapat diakses 24 jam dan bebas pulsa bagi pengguna telepon tersebut. Command Center 112 memiliki ruang kendali yang diperuntukan memantau keadaan di Kota Surabaya yang dinamakan Command Center room. Operator dan petugas dilapangan merupakan perwakilan dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang tersinergi ada 8 organisasi yang bergabung. Dalam hal mitigasi bencana, pihak command center 112 bekerjasama dengan Bidang Pencegahan dan Kesiapsiagaan dalam mensosialisasikan dan mengedukasi seputar bencana.
English Abstract
Command Center 112 Service Program is an integrated online system of public complaint services. This program provides an opportunity for the citizens of Surabaya to make a complaint or report of disaster that occurred in the city of Surabaya by dialing the emergency number 112. This service is accessible 24 hours and free for the phone user. Command Center 112 has a control room that is intended to monitor the situation in the city of Surabaya, it called the Command Center room. The Operator and the field officer are representatives of the Regional Device Organization (OPD) which synergizes 8 organizations join. In the case of disaster mitigation, command center 112 in cooperation with the field of prevention and preparedness in socializing and educating around the disaster.
