Abstract
Empat plot yang digunakan yaitu Base As Usual (BAU), Low density of coffee dan Low management coffee (LC), High density of coffee dan Low management coffee (MC) danHigh density of coffee dan High management coffee (HC).
English Abstract
Agroforestry is a forest-based farming systems. Agroforestry combines growing seasons with annual plant. The agroforestry of coffee-pine means combining coffee and pine together into a field. Coffee plants need more shade plants in order to grow optimal. The pines become one of the most widely used coffee shade plants in the highlands. Good agroforestry management, it is hoped to increase land productivity continuously. Suistanable land management is characterized by the extent to which soil conservation aspects are concerned. Fertile soil will be able to provide nutrients for the plants. The available nutrients could be obtained from repairing the organic material of microorganism in the soil. Nutrients such as nitrogen (N) and phosporous (P) are the macronutrients it takes the most of the plants. Nitrogen (N) in the soil can be produced by N-fixing Bacteria and phosporous (P) can be produced by P-solubilizing bacteria. The purpose of the research was to know the impact of the land characteristic at various agroforestry management on total colony of N-fixing Bacteria and P-solubilizing bacteria. Research is carried out from July 2019 to February 2020 in UB Forest and analysis of soil samples at microbiology laboratory of Universitas Islam Malang. The research used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRBD) 4x3x3 with 4 observation plots, 3 zonation that were repeated in 3 replications. The observation plots are Base As Usual (BAU), Low density of coffee dan Low management coffee (LC), High density of coffee dan Low management coffee (MC) dan High density of coffee dan High management coffee (HC). The observation included measurements of boimass, basal area (LBA), soil temperature, air temperature, light intensity, soil pH, organic carbon, organic matter, total colony of bacteria, total colony of N-fixing bacteria and total colony of P-solubilizing bacteria. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and if the the result were significantly different, the analysis was continued by using DMRT test of 5% level. The next analysis was correlation and regression tests to find out the relationship between the variable and the effects. Research has shown that the highest total colony of N-fixing bacteria on the BAU plot was equal to 23,22x104 CFU.ml-1 and the highest total colony of P- solubilizing bacteria on the BAU plot was equal to 24,22x104 CFU.ml-1. Independent variables such as litter, total nitrogen, air temperature, canopy cover, total bacteria, C-organic and organic matter are capable to affecting total colony of N-fixing bacteria about 85,9% and also affecting total colony of P-solubilizing bacteria about 66,5%
