Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Learnability terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, mengetahui pengaruh Efficiency terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, mengetahui pengaruh Memorability terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, mengetahui pengaruh Error terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, mengetahui pengaruh Learnability, Effciency, Memorability dan Error terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 99 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Brawijaya TA 2019/2020 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Statistik Deskriptif dan Analisis Statistik Inferensial dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 21.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Learnability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, Efficiency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, Memorability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, Error berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online, serta Learnability, Effciency, Memorability dan Error secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Belajar Online.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Learnability on Online Learning Satisfaction, determine the effect of Efficiency on Online Learning Satisfaction, determine the effect of Memorability on Online Learning Satisfaction, determine the effect of Error on Online Learning Satisfaction, know the influence of Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability and Error on Online Learning Satisfaction. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 99 employees with a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Inferential Statistical Analysis using the SPSS 21.0 as program tool. The results of this study indicate that Learnability has a significant effect on Online Learning Satisfaction, Efficiency has a significant effect on Online Learning Satisfaction, Memorability has a significant effect on Online Learning Satisfaction, Error has a significant effect on Online Learning Satisfaction, Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability and Error has a simultaneous significant effect on Online Learning Satisfaction.
