Abstract
Peluang dan potensi bagi Indonesia untuk menghadapi era digitalisasi dan revolusi industri 4.0 ini ialah ekonomi kreatif, yang manifestasinya ialah industri kreatif. Dalam 5 tahun terakhir kontribusi ekonomi kreatif terhadap PDB Indonesia terus meningkat. Dipilihnya Kota Surabaya berdasarkan besarnya potensi industri kreatif. Salah satu inovasi terhadap pengembangan industri kreatif di Kota Surabaya ialah Program Cangkrukan Entrepreuner Muda Surabaya (Cak Emus). Penelitian yang mengambil situs di Koridor Co-working Space dan Bagian Humas Kota Surabaya ini berusaha menganalisis bagaimana inovasi dalam pengembangan program Cak Emus melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif- deskriptif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada 6 (enam) bidang sesuai best practice dalam pelaksanaan Innovative Governance menurut United Nations (UN) (dalam Sangkala, 2014:8) yang meliputi 1) Dampak; 2) Kemitraan; 3) Keberlanjutan; 4) Kepemimpinan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat; 5) Kesetaraan Gender dan Pengecualian Sosial; serta 6) Inovasi Dalam Konteks Lokal dan Dapat Ditransfer. Fokus ini juga didukung berbagai macam teori terkait dengan menggunakan analisa data model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana.
English Abstract
The opportunity and potential for Indonesia to face the era of digitalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 is the creative economy, whose manifestation is the creative industry. In the last 5 years the contribution of the creative economy to Indonesia's GDP has continued to increase. The city of Surabaya was chosen based on the huge potential of the creative industry. One of the innovations on the development of creative industries in the city of Surabaya is the Cangkrukan Entrepreneur Muda Surabaya Program (Cak Emus). The research, which takes place in the Co-working Space Koridor and the Surabaya City Public Relations Section, seeks to analyze how innovation in the development of the Cak Emus program through a qualitative-descriptive research approach. This research focuses on 6 (six) areas according to best practice in the implementation of Innovative Governance according to the United Nations (UN) (in Sangkala, 2014: 8) which includes 1) Impact; 2) Partnership; 3) Sustainability; 4) Community Leadership and Community Empowerment; 5) Gender Equality and Social Exclusions; and 6) Innovation Within Local Content and Transferability . This focus is also supported by various theories related to using Miles, Huberman and Saldana data analysis models.
