Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Customer Perceived Business Model Innovativeness (CPBMI) terhadap Customer Value Co-Creation Behavior (CVCB), (2) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh CPBMI terhadap Customer Satisfaction, dan (3) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh CVCB terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori (Explanatory Research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Customer Perceived Business Model Innovativeness, Customer Value Co-Creation Behavior dan Customer Satisfaction. Kriteria populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna coworking space DILo, Malang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner offline. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil analisis jalur (path analysis) menunjukkan bahwa CPBMI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CVCB, CPBMI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction, dan CVCB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan pihak pengelola coworking space DILo untuk lebih meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan Customer Value Co-Creation Behavior yang ada pada pengguna, agar lebih dapat membangun citra coworking space yang lebih baik lagi.

English Abstract

This research aimed to (1) identify and explain the influence of Customers Perceived Business Model Innovativeness (CPBMI) on Customer Value Co- Creation Behavior (CVCB), (2) identify and explain the influence of CPBMI on Customer Satisfaction, and (3) identify and explain the CVCB on Customer Satisfaction. The type of this research is explanatory with quantitative approach. These research variables include Customers Perceived Business Model Innovativeness, Customer Value Co-Creation Behavior and Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study is the user of coworking space DILo, Malang. There were 116 respondents in this research and the data were collected through purposive sampling and by spreading the questionaire offline. The methods of analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The data collected in this research then processed through SPSS 26 Application for Windows. The result showed that identify and explain the influence of CPBMI influence the Customer Value Co-Creation Behavior CVCB, CPBMI significantly influence the Customer Satisfaction, and CVCB significantly influence the Customer Satisfaction. Based on this research, it is suggested that the coworking space management should improve the factors that can improve the existing Value Co- Creation Behavior for user, so that they can build a better coworking space image.
