Abstract

Pada tahun 2014-2019 pemerintah memprioritaskan anggaran yang besar untuk proyek-proyek infrastruktur, dimana dari proyek tersebut juga memberikan berkah kepada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi. Namun, disisi lain pembiayaan proyek berasal dari dana pinjaman yang bernilai tinggi sehingga hal tersebut menganggu keuangan perusahaan dan memicu adanya pembekakan hutang pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan hutang yang digunakan perusahaan sektor property, real estate, and building construction terhadap profitabilitasnya. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah financial leverage (DFL) dan operating leverage (DOL), variabel dependennya adalah earning per share (EPS), dan terdapat variabel intervening yaitu return on investment (ROI).

English Abstract

n 2014-2019 the government prioritized a large budget for infrastructure projects, and the project also gave blessings to the construction sub-sector companies. But on the other hand project financing comes from high-value loan funds so that it disrupts the company's finances and triggers a buildup of debt in the construction sub-sector companies. This research aims to examine how the influence of using debt as financial source in property, real estate, and building construction companies on its profitability. The independent variables used are financial leverage (DFL) and operating leverage (DOL), the dependent variable is earnings per share (EPS), and there is an intervening variable that is return on investment (ROI).
