Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Sidoarjo di atas rata-rata nasional, tiap tahun nilai investasi naik, pertumbuhan ekspor meningkat dan peluang bisnis terbuka lebar. Sedangkan tantangannya adalah kurangnya pekerja terampil, jumlah pengangguran masih didominasi lulusan SMK. Permasalahan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sidoarjo sama halnya dengan persoalan nasional. Selain itu, yang menjadi persoalan diantara lain adalah masih mengandalkan pembukuan secara manual. Pembukuan secara manual ini rawan terjadinya kehilangan, kerusakan, dan bahkan kesalahan rekap, sehingga pengusaha tidak bisa menganalisa hasil penjualannya secara tepat, kemudian tidak memiliki mentor, dan tidak memiliki izin usaha resmi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, sedangkan situsnya berada di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sumber datanya primer diperoleh dari beberapa wawancara dari informan yang berkaitan, sedangkan data sekundernya diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan tema tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan instrumen penelitiannya adalah peneliti sendiri, dan beberapa alat penunjang seperti pedoman wawancara, dan alat bantu lainnya

English Abstract

Sidoarjo's economic growth is above the national average, investment value increases every year, export growth increases and business opportunities are wide open. While the challenge is the lack of skilled workers, the number of unemployed is still dominated by SMK graduates. Problems of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidoarjo Regency are similar to national problems. In addition, the problem among other things is still relying on manual bookkeeping. This manual bookkeeping is prone to loss, damage, and even recap errors, so that entrepreneurs cannot analyze their sales results properly, then do not have a mentor, and do not have an official business license. This type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach is located in Sidoarjo Regency, while the site is in the Sidoarjo Regency Cooperatives and SME Office. The primary data source was obtained from several interviews from relevant informants, while the secondary data was obtained from documents related to the theme. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the research instrument is the researcher himself, and several supporting tools such as interview guidelines, and other aids.
