Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor internal perusahaan yaitu dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas yaitu Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE), serta rasio leverage yaitu Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dalam upaya untuk memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Selain itu juga dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal perusahaan seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi, dan suku bunga BI dalam memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan Tobin’s Q.

English Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the influence of internal and external factors on firm value in food and beverage company. This research is motivated by the importance of considering company's internal factors by analyzing the financial statements using profitability ratio Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), and also the leverage ratio, which is Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) in order to maximizing the company's value. The research is also motivated by the importance of considering company's external's factors such as the economic growth, inflation, the BI interest rate in order to maximizing the company's value. In this research the Robin's Q calculation is used as the company's value.
