Abstract

Lazismu Kota Batu melalui program pendistribusian zakat, infaq, sedekah produktif, berupa pemberdayaan UMKM memberikan bantuan modal usaha menggunakan dana zakat, infaq dan sedekah produktif (ZIS Produktif) kepada usaha mikro penerima manfaat. Dengan adanya bantuan modal usaha beserta pemberdayaan yang baik diharapkan dapat berdampak pada pengembangan usaha penerima manfaat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh ZIS Produktif, lama usaha, omset usaha (bruto) terhadap keuntungan usaha (profit) serta mengetahui kesejahteraan penerima manfaat sebelum dan setelah menerima ZIS Produktif. Adapun pengembangan usaha mikro dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari faktor keuntungan usaha (profit). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 penerima manfaat ZIS Produktif yang diberikan Lazismu Kota Batu melalui program pemberdayaan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme pemberdayaan UMKM yang dilakukan Lazismu Kota Batu dengan model berkelanjutan yaitu berupa monitoring, pembinaan dan pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda menggunakan program statistik SPSS 24.0, menunjukkan bahwa jumlah ZIS Produktif dan omset usaha (bruto) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keuntungan usaha (profit). Sedangkan variabel modal awal dan lama usaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keuntungan usaha (profit). Dampak lainnya semoga dari pemberian ZIS Produktif Lazismu Kota Batu diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan penerima manfaat

English Abstract

Lazismu of Batu city provides business capital assistance to empower MSME as their benefit receivers by distributing funds pooled from productive zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (Productive ZIS). The aid along with proper empowerment is expected to enhance the development of the benefit receivers. The objectives of this research are to identify the effects of Productive ZIS, business age, and (gross) business revenue on business profit and to identify the welfare of the receivers before and after receiving the fund. Microbusiness development in this research is observed from business profit. The respondents of this descriptive quantitative research are forty benefit receivers of Productive ZIS distributed by Lazismu of Batu city through MSME empowerment program. This study finds that the MSME empowerment mechanism applied by Lazismu of Batu city uses a sustainable model consisting of monitoring, assistance, and training. Based on the multiple regression analysis performed in SPSS 24.0, Productive ZIS and (gross) business revenue influence business profit, while initial capital and business age do nor significantly affect business profit. It is expected that the distribution of Productive ZIS by Lazismu of Batu city can improve the welfare of its benefit receivers.
