Abstract

Vaksin COVID-19 merupakan salah satu terobosan pemerintah untuk melawan dan menangani COVID-19 yang ada didunia khususnya Negara Indonesia. Vaksinasi COVID-19 bertujuan untuk mengurangai transmisi/penularan COVID-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19, mencapai kekebalan kelompok di masyarakat (Herd Immunity) dan melindungi masyarakat dari penularan COVID-19. Herd Immunity sendiri hanya bisa terbentuk apabila pelaksanaan vaksinasi sudah merata dan cakupan vaksinasinya tinggi. Pelayanan dilakukannya vaksinasi pada pasien comorbid Diabetes melitus bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya penyebaran COVID 19 dikarenakan pasien comorbid Diabetes melitus berisiko lebih tinggi terkena penyakit lebih parah atau lebih beresiko tertularnya Virus COVID 19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan mengenai vaksin COVID-19 terhadap kecemasan pada pasien diabetes melitus. Hasil study pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Binangun Kabupaten Blitar dengan jumlah populasi 68 orang comorbid Diabetes Melitus menunjukan bahwa sebagian pasien yang kurang pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi COVID 19 . Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, vaksinasi COVID 19 seringkali mengakibatkan kecemasan, dikarenakan masih adanya keraguan atau kesalahan informasi mengenai vaksin COVID-19 . Rancangan kajian ini yaitu bersifat kuantitatif dimana pendekatannya ialah secara cross sectional. Untuk sampelnya ditentukan dengan mempergunakan purposive sampling dan menggunakan penghitungan rumus slovin, didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 41 orang didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan mengenai vaksin COVID-19 dengan kecemasan pada pasien diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Binangun Kabupaten Blitar dengan p value <0,05

English Abstract

The COVID-19 vaccine is one of the government's breakthroughs to fight and deal with COVID-19 in the world, especially the State of Indonesia. The COVID-19 vaccination aims to reduce the transmission/transmission of COVID-19, reduce morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19, achieve herd immunity and protect the community from COVID-19 transmission. Herd immunity itself can only be formed if the implementation of vaccination is evenly distributed and the vaccination coverage is high. Vaccination services for comorbid Diabetes mellitus patients aim to prevent the spread of COVID 19 because comorbid Diabetes mellitus patients are at higher risk of developing a more severe disease or are more at risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between the level of knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine. 19 on anxiety in patients with diabetes mellitus. The results of a preliminary study conducted at the Binangun Health Center, Blitar Regency with a population of 68 comorbid Diabetes Mellitus people, showed that some patients lacked knowledge about COVID 19 vaccination. The current phenomenon, COVID-19 vaccination often causes anxiety, because there are still doubts or misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine. The design of this study is quantitative where the approach is cross sectional. The sample was determined using purposive sampling and using the slovin formula calculation, it was obtained a total sample of 41 people, it was concluded that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine and anxiety in diabetes mellitus patients at the Binangun Health Center, Blitar Regency with p value <0.05
