Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah pada empat fungsi—ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan perlindungan sosial—dan investasi swasta—Penanaman Modal Asing dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri—terhadap pertumbuhan inklusif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dengan Fixed Effect Regression dengan standar error Driscoll-Kraay untuk mengatasi masalah heteroskedastisitas dan autokorelasi. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah untuk kesehatan dan pendidikan serta Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan inklusif. Di sisi lain, pengeluaran pemerintah untuk ekonomi, pengeluaran pemerintah untuk perlindungan sosial, dan Penanaman Modal Asing tidak berdampak pada pertumbuhan inklusif. Studi ini memberikan para pembuat kebijakan wawasan yang berguna tentang bagaimana mencapai tujuan pertumbuhan inklusif di Indonesia. English Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of government spending on four functions—economy, health, education, and social protection—and private investment—Foreign Direct Investment and Domestic Investment—on inclusive growth in Indonesia. This paper uses panel data with Fixed Effect Regression with Driscoll-Kraay standard errors to address the problem of heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The empirical result shows that government spending on health and education and Domestic Investment positively affect inclusive growth. On the other hand, government spending on economy, government spending on social protection, and Foreign Direct Investment does not impact inclusive growth. This study provides policymakers with useful insights on how to accomplish Indonesia's aim of inclusive growth
