Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari stres kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI KC Lumajang Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya melalui pengajuan hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 67 responden karyawan Bank BRI KC Lumajang dengan penyebaran kuisioner dilakukan secara offline. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk setiap item variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 menunjukkan bahwa Stres Kerja (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Kedua, Stres Kerja (X1) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Ketiga, Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Keempat, Motivasi Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y)
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Bank BRI KC Lumajang employees during the Covid- 19 Pandemic. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the relationship and influence between one variable and another through the submission of hypotheses. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis and uses a sample of 67 employees of Bank BRI KC Lumajang employees with the distribution of questionnaires conducted offline. Validity and reliability tests were carried out for each research variable item. Based on the results of calculating data using the SPSS version 22 program, it shows that Work Stress (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a simultaneous influence on Employee Performance (Y). Second, work stress (X1) has a significant negative effect on employee performance(Y). Third, Work Discipline (X2) has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Fourth, work motivation (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y).
