Abstract
Lansia merupakan tahap akhir perkembangan pada kehidupan seseorang. Lansia adalah seseorang dengan usia diatas 60 tahun. Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan masalah psikososial akibat dari adanya pembatasan sosial sebagai upaya pencegahan COVID-19. Spiritualitas dapat mengatasi masalah psikososial lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat spiritualitas dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial lansia pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Ciptomulyo, Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 385 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES), kuesioner pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial dan dianalisis menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan tingkat spiritualitas dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial lansia pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Ciptomulyo Kota Malang (P = 0,000 ; a = 0,05). Implikasi keperawatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dapat menambah wawasan dan pemahaman tentang hubungan spiritualitas dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan psikososial lansia pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di puskesmas Ciptomulyo, Malang.
English Abstract
Elderly is the final stage of development in a person's life. Elderly is someone who is over 60 years old. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in psychosocial problems as a result of social restrictions as an effort to prevent COVID-19. Spirituality can overcome the psychosocial problems of the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spirituality level and the fulfillment of the psychosocial needs of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ciptomulyo Community Health Center, Malang. This study uses a correlational analysis design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample amounted to 385 respondents who were selected based on the Accidental Sampling technique. Data were collected using the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES) questionnaire, questionnaires for fulfilling psychosocial needs and analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that there was a relationship between spirituality level and meeting the psychosocial needs of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ciptomulyo Public Health Center, Malang City (P = 0.000; a = 0.05). The nursing implication in this research is that it can add insight and understanding of the relationship between spirituality and the fulfillment of the psychosocial needs of the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Ciptomulyo Public Health Center, Malang.
