Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) pada perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Tanggung jawab sosial atau CSR adalah konsep dimana perusahaan peduli terhadap masalah sosial dan lingkungan dalam operasi bisnis mereka dan dalam berinteraksi dengan para pemangku kepentingan mereka secara sukarela..Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research. Adapun lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Real estate dan Property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dimana pengambilan data adalah website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 perusahaan dengan sampel 44 perusahan. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan Regresi Logistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiannya adalah sebagai berikut : 1)Variabel ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CSR, 2) Variabel DER berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap CSR, dan 3) Variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap CSR

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability (ROA), leverage (DER), and company size variables on disclosure of social responsibility (CSR) on real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Social responsibility or CSR is a concept where companies care about social and environmental problems in their business operations and in interacting with their stakeholders voluntarily. This research uses a quantitative approach to this type of research is Explanatory Research. The location in this study is a real estate and property company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) where the data collection is the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were 65 companies with a sample of 44 companies. The analytical method used is Logistic Regression. Based on the results of his research are as follows: 1) The ROA variable has a positive and significant effect on CSR, 2) the DER variable has a significant negative effect on CSR, and 3) The firm size variable has no significant negative effect on CSR
